Head of Medical Affairs, Moleac
Doctor Sylvain Durrleman received his medical degree from the Université René Descartes, Necker Medical School, Paris, France and completed his residency at the Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris. He obtained his doctorate (DEA/PhD) in Biomathematics from the Université Paris VII, and started his career as an epidemiological researcher with INSERM in France. After 2 years at the US National Cancer Institute (NIH, Bethesda, Md), he then moved to the pharmaceutical industry (Rhône Poulenc Rorer, Aventis and Sanofi).
Dr. Durrleman has 25 years of experience in Global Clinical Development in the pharmaceutical industry and a track record of bringing several key drugs to the market. He was for many years a Vice-President for International Clinical Development and a member of Sanofi Executive Committee for Research & Development (R&D). Dr. Durrleman joined Moleac in 2019 as Head of Medical Affairs.
