You will be responsible of organising events and the company’s presence and activities at major conferences, such as the World Stroke Conference, European Stroke Conference, but also regional events and corporate events.

The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Global Marketing and working closely with the rest of the Marketing Team and the Commercial Team to ensure planning and management of all aspects of the defined list of events.

This position allows the Event Executive to be in charge and responsible of the full organization of Moleac’s presence in key places, it also gives important responsibility in terms of budget management. The Event Executive would travel regionally and internationally about 3 to 4 times per year depending on the company’s strategy.


> Communicating with managers and conference organisers, agreeing on strategies and list of investments for the year.
> Producing detailed proposals for events, defining timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets.
> Driving and performing the organisation of conferences and symposia regionally and internationally.
> Onsite participation to selected international events and conferences.
> With the help of managers, identifying and securing speakers and special guests.
> Securing and booking suitable venues or locations.
> Coordinating venue management and ensuring the company’s exhibition booths are booked, built up and equipped.
> Planning room layouts and the entertainment programme during workshops.
> Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings.
> Liaising with the company’s web designers to create a brand for the event and organising the production of posters, catalogues and brochures.
> Coordinating suppliers, handling delegates and colleague queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
> Post-event evaluation (including data and contacts entry and analysis) for continuous improvements.
> Proactively collaborating with the sales teams of the different affiliates (currently located in more than 30 different countries across different continents) to drive local and regional events.
> Orchestrating internal and external communications (e.g., Press Releases).
