We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Creative Digitalist to the Studio team. As a Senior Creative Digitalist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing visual design solutions for a wide range of projects across various mediums. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce designs that meet business objectives, delight customers, and elevate our brand.
This role will be housed under the IT department.
Responsibilities:
> Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print design projects, including web design, email campaigns, events and advertising, packaging, and collateral materials.
> Prepare and format slides for stakeholders when required.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines to produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate messaging and meet business objectives.
> Create and present design concepts, prototypes, and finished designs to internal and external stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine design work.
> Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and design quality is not compromised.
> Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and marketing, and incorporate them into our work to keep our brand fresh and innovative.
> Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirement:
> Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
> 3+ years of professional experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.
> Expert proficiency in Office Word and Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
> Strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
> Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
> Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
> Leadership skills, with the ability to provide creative direction and mentor junior designers.
> Ability of Video creation is desired.
> Good to have: Understanding of CMS platforms (ie WordPress, Joomla, Wix)
> Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
